Sindbad Sci-Fi is leading a creative quest to champion the discovery of Arab Science Fiction, to spark people’s imagination and spur collective innovation towards technologically inclusive futures. Inspired by the bold and adventurous spirit of Sindbad from the Arabian Book of One Thousand and One Nights, Sindbad Sci-Fi is star trekking across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and beyond, through organising public engagement events in collaboration with like-minded pioneers. P21 Gallery

The P21 Gallery is an independent London-based charitable trust established to promote contemporary Middle Eastern and Arab art and culture. The two-story venue in central London is a place where contemporary artistic statements are experienced and appreciated by a artistic community. The facilities at P21 are planned to maximise the potential of contemporary art as a discourse, through multimedia exhibition spaces on two levels with supporting facilities for public functions in addition to workshops for training and education. P21 Gallery are kindly supporting MFest with the use of their venue for the MFest After Party. 

Kayd.org

Kayd focuses on the promotion of Somali arts; including poetry, theatre plays, songs and music through cultural festivals, conferences and youth trainings. Kayd hosts the Somali Week Festival which is celebrating its 10th Year this year and takes place 19th – 28th October and it is the largest gathering of Somalis outside the Horn.

Khayaal Theatre Company

Khayaal (founded 1997) is an award-winning theatre company dedicated to the dramatic exploration of Muslim literature and the experience of Muslims in the modern world for the stage, film, radio and education. Over the past 20+ years, it has reached audiences of all ages, cultures, ethnicities and faiths numbering in the tens of thousands, both nationally and internationally. We have a multi-sector client and partner base that crosses over cultural, educational, corporate, diplomatic, governmental and interfaith sectors.

Emerald Network

The vision for EMERALD is to Connect the Ummah, through Networking – enabling individual and collective benefits. The success stories reflect this, from individuals enhancing their personal and social lives through interaction with Muslims they would otherwise have not met had it not been for the events programme, through to gaining inspiration and knowledge from a faith perspective (embarking on personal spiritual journey), promoting and developing businesses, recruiting, through to raising money for a wide range of causes, responding to emergencies, saving lives through fundraiser events.

Brick Lane Circle

Brick Lane Circle is a voluntary organisation (company limited by guarantee, founded in 2006) set up to help transform the intellectual landscape of Bangladeshis in the UK and take the community to a new level of confidence and critical engagement with everything relevant for the community’s progress and development. Brick Lane Circle discovers and promotes the shared common roots of Britain’s diverse population through research, knowledge sharing and learning about each other’s history, country of origin and experiences in the UK. They organise seminars, exhibitions and events, and develop and deliver innovative projects and initiatives.

Black Muslim Times UK

Born out of a lack of media representation and a need to amplify the diverse voices of the Muslim community, The Black Muslim Times UK was created to provide a quality image of Black British Muslims. Founded in 2016 by Halimat Shode, the quarterly online publication celebrates the Black Muslim business professionals, sportsmen, sportswomen, artists and so much more of the British Muslim community. Primarily presented in an interview format, Black Muslim Times UK hopes readers are introduced to someone new, learn more about a familiar face, gain insight into their world and enjoy the conversation!
